Yes, you can edit your details like mobile number, email ID, billing or shipping address etc. if any changes occur in the same. You may go to

My Profile > My Account > Edit details – And edit whatever details you wish to edit.

You can write your registered “Mobile number” or “Email ID” with entering the “Password” provided at the time of creating “New User” account.

You can write you registered mobile number and select – “Forget Password” – And you will

receive an email in your registered “Email ID” with the password reset link and you can

create a new password for yourself.

Discount Coupons & Offer Codes

The discount coupon is nothing but a specially generated code issues to you which benefityou in the form of monetary benefits or free gifts.

What is the validity of Offer Codes of Fitnutrish?

Generally, offer codes are developed with a specific validity period i.e. 7 days / 15 Days / 30 Days etc. and provided to users for availing special online and offline offers with Fitnutrish.

No, shipping charges are calculated at the checkout time as per the value of the cart and delivery location. So, even when you are shopping with gift card. You may need to pay shipping charges separately as per your bill amount & delivery location.

Orders & Cancellations

We use SSL certification in checkout method to make sure that a customer’s personal and payment information are often encrypted (secured).
Please Note: All the payment modes (Credit/Debit card, Netbanking, Wallets) are encrypted for the online purchase with Fitnutrish.

For cancelling the order, you can go to

‘My Order‘ -> ‘Edit or Cancel Order‘ -> ‘Cancel Order‘.
THE ORDER CAN’T BE CANCELLED ONCE IT IS SHIPPED.

In case, the order is shipped, you can
reach us on whatsapp (10 am to 6 pm business days) or please drop an email to
fitnutrishcare@gamil.com with the Payment confirmation email receipt. Our executive will
help you in cancelling the order.

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of the product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,
including the box, manufacturer packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

In such case, you are requested not to take the order and return it to the courier partner. And also take photo or video of the same for the reference, send the same to us over whatsapp so we can revert to you within 48 hours as we need to speak to our courier partners for the same.

Please not that meanwhile, the fresh product will be sent to you from Fitnutish at no extra
cost.

Payments

We, at Fitnutrish accept the payment through

Debit / Credit Card / Paytm / Google Pay /Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery.

No, in “Cash on Delivery” – we accept only hard cash at the doorstep.

Please Note – COD payment option may not be available on certain remote locations based
on Courier Service.

You are liable to pay the invoice amount and no other extra service cost. Any amount separately hand written (if any on the packet) does not belong to Fitnutrish. You are not liable to pay any such amount.

We don’t mandate any user to pay extra tip to courier executive; it is completely upon your wish.

Yes, For certain remote locations, our logistics partner does not offer the Cash on Delivery option (COD). Also, some products do not come under the COD payment format. Based on your location and product selection, you might not be eligible for the Cash on Delivery method option, but you can always use payment method like Credit/Debit Card, Net banking, Wallet payment etc. to purchase with us. No constraint on these methods.

You may get back to us on whatsapp regarding the same and our back up team shall help you with the same.

• In case, payment is received by Fitnutrish then the email confirmation with receipt is sent to you and your product will be shipped within 3-5 working days from the
receipt of the payment.
• If the amount is received by any third party i.e. Paytm or Gpay then we will raise the concern to them about the same and shall revert to you once we get the response from the same within 5-7 working days. Meanwhile we can ship your order if you wish the same.
• If the amount is received back by your bank servers and not credited to your account then we are afraid we would not be able to assist you in such situation. Youwill have to speak to the bank.

Please Note – If your bank denies your stored amount in their respective gateway
then we request you to mail us on fitnutrishcare@gmail.com with your bank
statement (date of deduction to till date).

There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Fitnutrish. You would be charged extra if you opt for the express delivery (Cities other than Mumbai – shipped via air) if you wish to get the product within 2-4 working days. No charges for standard delivery and amount which you see on the checkout page will be the final amount to pay. You will get the product within 5-7 working days.

Note – Shipping Charges are purely based on the Service availability in your Areas/pincode.

No, we regret that as of now; we don’t have EMI option available.

 

You are eligible for cashback in form of Paytm cashbak if Paytm is offering the same. Fitnutrish does not provide any such cashback upon payment through Paytm.

PAYMENT THROUGH DEBIT CARD

After opting for Debit Card in payment method, you will be redirected to the payment gateway. For Debit Card payment, you have to enter your 16 digit card number, expiry date, 3-digit CVV number (back of your card).

After opting for Credit Card in payment method, you will be redirected to the payment gateway. For Credit Card payment, you have to enter your 16 digit card number, expiry date, 3-digit CVV number (back of your card).

Note – We accept all leading and major Credit/Debit Cards. Our payment gateway is secured with SSL certification.

Products

You can select the option – Notify via Email if you wish to order the product which is “Out of Stock” and we will send you the notification email once the product is back in stock. Then you can order the same

You will get a confirmation SMS on your registered phone number and you will also receive the confirmation Email on the registered mail ID along with the Order ID, Shipping address and the products you have purchased.

You should check MRP Sticker, Hologram, Batch Number, Importer’s Sticker, Expiry Date, Packaging and Nutritional Facts before opening the product.

Please Note: Raise your concern within 7 business days from the product receiving date. If the product is found open before checking all these factors, then the product will not be accepted for return.

No, these are supplements and nutritional products, the response and result of which is different on everyone’s body. We give the best possible quality but no products come with the guarantee of fixed results.

Deliveries

We ship our products through our delivery partners and few local orders are catered directly by our personal delivery personals. Few remote locations are not covered by our partners – please check your pin code to know the delivery details for your location.

Please note – We cater PAN India as of now and do not ship internationally.

Fitnutrish has TWO delivery Options available – i.e. Standard and Express.Standard Delivery is a Surface Shipment and usually takes 5-7 working days in Metros and 7-
9 working days rest of the places. Since the warehouse is located at Mumbai, it usually takes
3-5 working days to get the order delivered in Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra.Express Delivery is Air Shipment and takes 3-5 working days all over India.

Please Note: The mentioned days may differ due to Natural Calamities, Strikes, National
Holidays, Festive Seasons, Courier Strikes, and other Political Issues.

Once the order is dispatched from Fitnutrish warehouse, you will be notified on your registered email address (Check Spam in case it is marked as spam) and an SMS on your registered number. Email and SMS contains the link where you can track your order.

Alternatively, you can also go to ‘My Account‘> ‘My Order‘ and track the shipment.

No, delays in deliveries happen sometimes due to natural or other unavoidable circumstances. We request our users to cooperate in such situation and wait for the receipt of the order.

Returns & Refunds

7 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You can return all the purchased products/items within 7 days of delivery of goods.

Please Note: The product should be unused with all the tags on, seal intact, boxes and
other packaging.

Consumable Products with only Seal Intact / Original form are eligible for Returns. Seal Opened Products will not be accepted as returns. Products are not applicable for returns in case of issues related to rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference, mixability, and dizziness. Please consult your doctor, dietician or fitness trainer before consuming any product as the product results may vary from body to body.

Fitness Equipment: There is no return policy for any product unless it is damaged in transit.

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

In such case, first of all please do inform us over whatsapp (Response Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in working days) or fitnutrishcare@gmail.com with attaching the photo of outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of the products received with invoice copy.

Once we receive all the information from you, our back up team will conduct an inspection about the same and upon successful completion of the claim, we will revert you within in 48 hours about it and arrange the reverse pickup for you.

Once you are notified that your claim is processed, following will be the steps followed by us;

• Our courier partner will take 1-2 working days to pick up the product/item from your address.
• As reverse pick up is done by standard delivery, it takes minimum 5-7 working days to get back to our warehouse.
• Upon receiving the product in our warehouse with good product condition as delivered to you, we will process your refund (after initiating a refund, it will take 5-7 working days) or do the replacement (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
• In case we get to know that the product is not in the desired condition then the same product will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided.

Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 7 days along
with proper product images and unboxing videos.

Once the Product is picked up and received at our warehouse, our team will connect you over the registered email address for the bank details. Once the details are provided, we will initiate the payment and will reflect in your given Bank Account in 2-3 working days.

Note: Except for Cash On Delivery (COD) refund, the amount will always reflect back via the same mode which was used while making a purchase i.e. if Debit Card mode is used while purchasing then the refunded money will reflect in the Debit Card. Paytm wallet is used while making the payment then the refunded money will reflect in the Paytm Wallet in 5-7 working days.

Allergies

These are nutritional supplements and they may reversely react on your body if you are allergic to any particular product. You may consult your doctor or dietician before consuming them in case you have tendency to develop any food allergies.

Products are not applicable for returns and refunds in case of issues related to rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference, mixability, and dizziness.
